About Provider
.Dr. Clementina Nwandu is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a nurse, and 23 of those in the mental health field. She is versed in providing services in a wide range of mental health conditions including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar disorder, etc.
Dr. Clementina Nwandu earned her Associate Degree in Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount University. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from Bowie State University in 2018, and subsequently, her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification and Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Shenandoah University.
She is experienced in working in various environments. With an increased demand for psychiatric and mental health nursing in the State of Maryland and in general, Dr. Clementina Nwandu is committed to being more accessible and providing the best evidence based care to those in need of these services.
